Celebrate your child's special day with an exciting and interactive birthday party at the renowned Powerhouse Theatre's Green Room. Designed for children aged 4 and above, our parties offer 2 to 4 hours of engaging activities, including: Improv Games: Encourage creativity and quick thinking with fun improvisational exercises. Dance Games: Get everyone moving with lively dance activities set to upbeat music. Movement Fun: Explore expressive movement to inspire imagination and physical activity. Partner Games: Foster teamwork and friendship through collaborative challenges. Acting/Theatre Games: Introduce basic acting skills with entertaining theatre-based games. As the host and entertainer, I bring years of experience in children's movement and dance, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and joyous environment for all participants. Themed parties are negotiable! Cancellation Policy
Birthday Bash Bonanza Booking Policy To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for your child's special day, please review our booking policy: Booking and Reservations: Availability: Parties are hosted on weekends only, subject to availability. Reservation: A completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of $100 are required to secure your desired date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement. Pricing: 2-Hour Party: $250 Additional Hours: $100 per hour Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. Guest Count and Supervision: Age Requirement: Activities are designed for children aged 4 and up. Supervision: At least one adult per 10 children must be present to assist with supervision throughout the event. Venue Policies: Location: Parties are held at Powerhouse Theatre's Green Room. Setup and Cleanup: Access to the venue is permitted 30 minutes before and after the scheduled party time for setup and cleanup. Additional time may incur extra charges. Decorations: You are welcome to bring decorations; however, adhering to venue guidelines is required. Please, no confetti or open flames. Liability: While all activities are conducted with safety in mind, the organizer is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's supervision and behavior. By booking a party with us, you agree to adhere to this policy.
