Welcome!
At Move Better our mission is to help people of all ages and abilities improve their movement, express themselves creatively, and connect with others through meaningful experiences.
I seek to help you improve your performance, movement, and function, whatever that means for you.
For some, that might mean performing onstage or improving their golf swing. For some, it might just mean getting into and out of a chair without pain.

More About Will Cullen
My name is Will Cullen, I've spent the past 20 years building techniques to help people improve their movement and performance. I bring a diverse and rich background to my work, combining years of experience as a Feldenkrais Practitioner, Square Dance Caller, and acting teacher.
As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their movement and well-being through gentle, mindful techniques. My practice focuses on guiding clients to move with greater ease, manage pain, and enhance their overall function, whether in daily life or specific activities.
As an acting teacher, I specialize in movement-based approaches, particularly the Michael Chekhov Technique, to help actors of all levels develop their craft. My teaching emphasizes creative expression, storytelling, and the importance of movement in performance, allowing students to explore and refine their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Whether guiding a beginner or an experienced performer, I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and grow as artists.
In my role as a Square Dance Caller, I have spent over a decade bringing people together through the joy of dance. My experience working with dancers of all ages and skill levels, especially within the senior community, has honed my ability to create fun, inclusive, and engaging dance experiences that promote physical activity, social connection, and a sense of community.
